sometimes *options may include thousands of cards, which could easily hang a browser. So this will have to be an *additional* functionality that falls back to server calls.

The new autocomplete code is pretty cool, though, and will be much easier to customize.

had a run-through of them all. this release also got the javascript-based cucumber tests working for these, so that part should be reasonably well tested now.
