Allow renaming of A to A-plus-B

Could work-around, but leaving it as is in case it's a useful problem.

issue appears to be something connected with recursing on "dependents", which are all the plus cards, plus cards of plus cards, etc. I'm wondering whether it has something to do with renaming A to A+B.

Let me know if you're needing to change this and I'll hurry up and pull a local copy of the db so I'm able to reproduce it.

Whoops, I worked around this, just changed type on the existing card and added the a new one with the new name I was trying to rename to. So evidence may be gone as far as tracking this down. Anything to do, or just close this and wait for it to come up again?
