Left entirely to my own devices I like to hang a sign somewhere everyone can see that says something like "dilemmas, disagreements, and differences welcome here" and just see who joins in. Many a group I have joined needed some ongoing, auto-critical function, didn't have it, and wondered why their post-event or crisis debrief seemed a bit light on authentic details necessary to improve for next time.
