Captcha Configuration

If you are hosting your own Wagn, you will need to  register for ReCaptcha keys and put them in wagn.rb like so:

ENV['RECAPTCHA_PUBLIC_KEY']  = '.....'

ENV['RECAPTCHA_PRIVATE_KEY'] ='....'
