Create a new card type without restarting the wagn server+discussion

On cic.wagn.org I created a new card type called "Project" but it is not showing up in the card types drop down menu. On the card types page someone said that restarting the script server caused it to show up. Unfortunately I don't think there is a way for site owners to restart the script server on GC hosted wagn's, which might also need to be a ticket.
