Every card has a Cardtype. How do create new types?

Every Cardtype is represented by a Cardtype card. There is a card named "Basic", another named "Phrase", one named "User", "Image", "Setting", etc. Each of these cards has the type "Cardtype".

To create a new Cardtype all you have to do is create a new card with the type Cardtype.

The steps for creating a Cardtype are the same as for any other card. There are lots of ways to do that.
