Non Standard Wagn

This is a catch-all concept to describe a class of features that a developer adapting Wagn core to a different semantics at the Wagneer level.  Things that change the semantics for wagneers WADL, are clearly in this category.

Other ideas may just be ahead of the curve for the core Wagn roadmap, and might eventually be incorporated into Wagn thus moving them out of this class.

Don't like the nomenclature. Wagn is the platform, not the app. Call it "non-standard" wagn or something. It's still Wagn.
