Overview of features

A lot of Wagn's power is in enabling you to build multiple forms for different kinds of deeply interrelated information. It also allows for custom layouts for the entire site or any section of it. CSS is easily edited (here's a couple of simple alternate Skins), as is the sidebar so you can add important content and links.

People can also find what they're looking for with the Search bar at the top of every page, and see recent activity via the Recent link. The Related tab shows what links to what you're looking at (and more), and the Changes tab lets you see a history of revisions (and easily revert if you like). You can receive email notification about changes, and track some things via RSS feeds.

Editing is very straightforward. We offer a wysiwyg interface, and your edits are automatically saved while you type. A table of contents can optionally be auto-generated on any page. Renaming and deleting cards is easy, and these changes are automatically updated throughout your site. If you're a geek you'll probably be happy to know that we use TinyMCE, and some of it's functionality can be modified directly in Wagn.

Permission to view, edit and delete cards can be assigned separately depending on what roles someone. You can specify custom sign-up information people are asked to enter when they sign up for an account. Cards that are available for anyone to edit are protected from spam with captcha.

Other features include customizable help text, a flexible email system, a rich array of views, Wagn's own query language, contextual names, web addresses for everything, Google Analytics support, and more.

Many of these features can be applied to any set of cards, for more on that see settings.
