PlainText
PlainText cards have text much like Basic cards, but without linking or bold, italics, and other layout and styling. So when you're editing PlainText cards you don't see the row of icons for doing those things, and the text box is only a few lines long. (In Safari the PlainText edit box is resizeable, so it's nicer if you're editing long PlainText cards a lot.)
Phrases are like PlainText cards except that the editing area is just one line.
