http://democracyinnovations.wagn.org/wagn/Asset_Based_Community_Development+Organization.txt shows a link, but http://democracyinnovations.wagn.org/wagn/Asset_Based_Community_Development+Organization+*links doesn't return it, nor does http://democracyinnovations.wagn.org/wagn/Advanced_Search with {"referred_to_by": "Asset-Based Community Development+Organization"}
When solved, can change http://democracyinnovations.wagn.org/wagn/summary_link_to_resource%2B*right%2B*content to:
which will probably still be styled wrong, but it's pretty close

tangent: The links generated on http://democracyinnovations.wagn.org/wagn/the_big_list are red, which I think is the same problem I ran into the other day, but can't find the support or dev ticket now.

See inclusions as link targets
don't know the pattern, but sometimes we have cards where the reference doesn't get stored correctly (in the references table). resaving the card with the reference (the pointer in this case) usually fixes it. and did here.
