Removing a user+discussion

Once a user has made an edit, they're actually very hard to delete, precisely because we don't want holes in the edit history.  You can block a user, but at present there's no way short of going into the database to actually delete them.  You can, however, change their cardtype if you don't want them to show up in user lists.  If you wanted you could even create a "Deleted User" cardtype and change them to that.  They'd still have the blocked account associated with them.
