Trouble Creating Sets with *right+example

It says it wants to create a New Set Card, but when I do, it doesn't work like other set cards: http://dev.lincolnslist.org/wagn/category+*right

But "primary_category+*right" works ok.  Is this a bug or am I going nuts via Wagn?
