WagNet+needs

We need ways of referencing, transcluding and any other way you can imagine of connecting wagns, wikis and other information sources into the Decks and Cards framework.  In Wagn 2.0 other card based application become possible and we want WagNet protocols and languages to easily connect any sort of card across a network.
