WagNet+solution

Considering each Deck as a Namespace, and using this Namespace Cardtype for Mounting Wagns proposal we can create a wide variety of network relationships between wagns.  We can add other sources by adding Namespace subtype modules that support other content types locally or in situ.  For example we could both link to Wikipedia and other wiki-media based sources as external resources, as well as implementing wiki-media contend as cards with a module for each new content type.
