add auto-generated cardnames+issues

Sometimes you want an completely or partially auto-generated name for a card, often with date/time/user/iterated number:

• Pointer of notes on an ongoing process (e.g. our Notes if they were done as a Pointer)
• ??

Would be nice to implement in a way that handles as many of the situations that call for allow cards without names as possible.
