add new :editor view

Note: make custom layouts reference Default Layout instead when this is done.

Testing at http://play.dwagn.org/play/editor_view_testing and the simple case seems okay. If you click "View" though, the Basic cards never load TinyMCE. Also, the Basic card itself which is included shows its form, rather than the multi-edit. Ticket fix edit view of formatted cards ?

"edit" view and "new" view both include the "editor" view (plus buttons). editor is just the editor (in the sense of text editor, not in the sense of a person); it's basically nonsensical for formatted cards; "edit" view should work just fine for formatted cards.

There might be a better word than "editor", but it's got to be different from "edit"

As for loading on view, I think I have an idea about that one.

ok, I have this loading on view now. It involved a small but significant refactor to the core of the slot handling. I hope this won't break anything, but if you see tinymce not loading somewhere when it should, it's probably because of this change.

Closing. The "editor" view is added and working in its current use, and in fact it's the core mechanism for customizing editors for different cardtypes. We don't have to advertise it as a wagneer view for now, but it's too integral to make any signficant changes to the current functionality in 1.8. We can discuss ideas for changes in later releases on other idea/ticket cards.
