I was on Admin Should Get Comment Box if Anyone does and added +tags. Now it still offers to add +tags. If you type the full name "Admin Should Get Comment Box if Anyone does+tags" into the search box, you get both an offer to add it, and to go to it (but if you go to it, you get an offer to add it). The card appears in Recent too.

"there and not" is usually caching issue.
I recently found and fixed a source of caching issues that would often happen in multi forms. I'm going to guess it fixed this. (in 1.8)
