There are several ways to add new cards in Wagn. (Note: On most Wagns, you have to be logged in as a User to create cards.)
At the top of every page is a "New Card" link. Click on it and you'll get a page with a small text box for the new card's name, and a larger text box where you can enter the initial text of the card (that's optional). Then just click the "Create" button underneath the text box, and you'll get to see how your new card looks.
A neat shortcut is to just type the name of your new card into the "Go to card" text box at the top of any page and hit return. You'll be taken to the New Card page, but the name will already be filled in.
Another way is to create a link to a card that doesn't exist yet, on some other card. These links are red (links to cards that do exist are green). Clicking on a red link will take you to the same kind of page as above, but the card name will already be filled in from the link you clicked on.
