allow custom naming of code-referenced cards
For cards such as User, Role, etc. This would pave the way for a single Wagn install to change languages, and allow simple preference changes like User -> Participant.

I know that User can already be renamed, and I'm guessing the codename work means that Role can be as well, yes? --John
User, Role, and builtin users and roles can all be renamed, because they all essentially have codenames via extensions. All of the ones that currently cannot are the star cards mentioned in code (though, of course, not all star cards are mentioned in code)

we've been using builtin to mean those 7 or so cards that have no real card associated with them. Soon all of them will have cards associated with them.
