cards not being added or deleted when they should be
added http://test.dwagn.org/wagn/foob+*right and several 'larger' plus cards, but no card foob was created
Was trying to duplicate on test something that happened on yitan. In that case foob was created, but when it was deleted, several of the plus cards based on it were not deleted.

Hopefully the fix is handle card parts when creating previously virtual cards.
