clearer message when delete blocks cardtype change+example

Tried to delete http://test.dwagn.org/card/edit/yet_another_type and got:

Rats. Issue with YET ANOTHER TYPE card:

TYPE: can't be altered because yet another type is a Cardtype and cards of this type still exist

...but I'm not altering the type, I'm just trying to delete it.
