Set cardtype to "type:", "|cardtype|" in relative inclusion's +*options. No menu.

Once we make specifying a parameter twice in a search work, if there's something like "type:", "[cardtype1, cardtype2, cardtype 3]" then there's a cardtype menu which lists cardtype1, cardtype2 and cardtype3. (default is first)

If the User only has permission to create one of the multiple types specified, then don't have a menu; make the new card that type.

|cardname|+*item (or +*left_form, not sure what a good name is yet) is a form. Cards newly created through Pointer cards named something like |anyname|+cardname use that form. If the form specifies a cardtype other than Basic, the add link is "add new |cardtype|".

Make a separate ticket for: autogenerating the card name, including an incrementing number in the name.
