default permissions not being respected
http://www.fortzedchallenge.com/wagn/territory_email_links+*right+*default is readable only by Rangers, but if you add http://www.fortzedchallenge.com/wagn/test+territory_email_links you'll see it's readable by anyone.

Glargh, I know this has bitten me more than once before. Maybe we can make it more intuitive when we setting-ize permissions...
