error rendering *recent_changes

We recently fixed rescue search when item breaks by making it so inclusions captured any error. But recent changes was not using normal inclusion processing, so whenever an item in recent changes broke, the whole page was breaking.
In this case, the Notes and Questions change view was breaking (don't know why), and that was taking down all of recent changes with it.
I just made a patch, committed, pushed, and deployed to the staging server. With this new patch, only the broken item will show up with "error rendering" on the recent changes page. It often fixes the error to re-save the card. That was the case here -- the problem seems to be addressed.
(I'll deploy to the live server soon if all goes well)

I tried just editing and saving, and i get "connecting to server..." for about 15+seconds, then "done" but it stays in edit mode. Hoptoad says, NoMethodError: undefined method `name' for nil:NilClass
