If you are signed in but don't have permission to add Basic cards, then /wagn/feldercarb shows:
There's no card named feldercarb.
Sign In or Sign Up to create it.
Show instead:
Ooo. Sorry, but... [h1]
You need permission to create Basic cards
Sign into test with a non-Admin account and try http://test.dwagn.org/wagn/feldercarb

This may reflect a deeper problem, I see that when you try http://test.dwagn.org/wagn/feldercarb?type=Phrase from a non-Admin account you get the same error, even though Anyone Signed In has permission to add Phrase cards. --John
Strongly suspect neither of those has ever worked in the past, but I fixed them both to work now.
