fix out-of-order HTML
Feature Reference starts getting weird right after favicon, which I looked at in detail but didn't see what was causing the problem.

Looks like the closing DIV on favicon's card-header is missing.
I'm not seeing that. looks to me like some of the tags are in the wrong order:
