handle large numbers of cardtypes better+solution
Cardtype menu on new cards:
- restrict showing it to Administrators, or a configurable list of Roles (reduces confusion for non-Wagneers)
- offer a way to make a hierarchical(-ish?) tree/menu of the cardtypes - (the "ish" is John's thought that if we do this, he'd like a cardtype to be able to appear more than once in the tree)

Reflecting on this a little more, I don't see a big return on investment. It's not something that end users see much if at all in a typically-Wagneered site. Are the lists so long as to be significantly annoying to Wagneers? (They haven't been to me, I just click and type a letter or three.) --John
