handle virtual cards with renamed right
virtual cards are getting created with old names even after the name is gone. Don't yet get how.
My first guess was that dependents weren't getting correctly cleared from the cache upon rename, though in the example below, http://test.dwagn.org/wagn/right_to_be_renamed+*right+*content doesn't appear to be cached. The virtual card should just be cached as missing and recreated each time. So what is stuck in the cache?
Created http://test.dwagn.org/wagn/right_to_be_renamed+*right+*content and then renamed "right to be renamed" to "right has been renamed" and these both work now:

Ticket may deserve a more specific/accurate name.
We didn't work on this directly, but we redid so much that I'd be at least a little surprised if nothing had shifted.
