When migrating cards on existing Wagns to reflect changes on en.dwagn.org, we don't touch cards that have been edited by anyone other than Wagn Bot. This includes the autosaved version, and authors of cards that are in the trash, neither of which should prevent migration.

this needs more thought.
I mean, the whole of how we handle migrations. Doesn't seem to me like the autosave issue is big enough to bother with -- if someone's been tinkering they've been tinkering, and ignoring would override their autosave. But we may want to rethink the whole thing.

What are the considerations you have in mind for a rethink of migrations? One obvious one is multiple languages, but as I wrote on Wagneer English to be ready for other languages using id's should handle that, yes?
