Currently the Skin card explains how people can edit their *css by hand and offers a couple of simple examples they can draw from. What we'd like is to be able to package up CSS and alternate site-wide layouts (and set-specific layouts, e.g. for a blog), and make it easy to switch among such packages right in Wagn.
