installation help please+example

hello wagneers,

chris here. wanting to install via bluehost on http://byrnegreen.com

being only a power user / hack, i am stuck @ http://www.wagn.org/wagn/Installation#Option%20A:%20Quick%20Start

Step 4 (as Bluehost tech walked me through 1-3 before i had SSH enabled)

My question then is:

where/how do i run the two scripts in order to install Wagn on http://byrnegreen.com (assuming the DB has been configured properly)?
