long alphabetical list with ways to navigate

http://democracyinnovations.wagn.org/wagn/Resources_by_name is a long list in alphabetical order. Paging is not so useful, and being able to jump to an arbitrary numbered page wouldn't be much better.
What we really want is to be able to jump to any letter, and then if necessary page within that.
