make InvitationRequest form a Basic card
Was documenting the InvitationRequest form thing, and now that i've created InvitationRequest+*tform on wagn.org it's uneditable and undeleteable! Probably relates to its cardtype being InvitationRequest (!), hence the name of this ticket.
Made it soft, so now its editable - except can't edit its cardtype.

I changed its cardtype to Basic. I think we may have this problem any time a *tform becomes something other than Basic, so we should probably look into that a bit further.
This one was especially challenging; I had to fix it through the console. I had to change its extension type to user so that the before_delete on invitation type (which blocks the user) wouldn't explode. Then I set the type to Basic by hand.
tforms are locked Basic now - see the forms and cardtypes discussion.
