With handle Unicode characters properly we stopped scraping non-ASCII characters fromcard names to determine their key. Now links to those cards are broken.
Migrate existing keys to include their cards' non-ASCII characters.

any examples I can use for testing?
implemented a "self-healing" fix for this so that cards with broken keys have their keys regenerated when found in a wql search.
