Phrase cards contain text, much like Basic cards, but without linking or bold, italics, and other layout and styling. So when you're editing Phrase cards you don't see the row of icons for doing those things, and the text box is only one line. This helps make for more usable forms that have lots of inclusions that are intended to be short.

PlainText are the same except that the editing area is a few lines long.
