remove config subtab
The watchers info on the config subtab of Related has been implemented using sets.

Went to http://test.dwagn.org/wagn/foo and clicked on the Related tab. Got an app error. Hoptoad: NoMethodError: undefined method `render_view' for # . Going directly to http://test.dwagn.org/card/related/foo generated the same error.
