show help text when creating via inclusion+discussion

We want it to always show up. Is there anywhere else it doesn't?

http://test.dwagn.org/wagn/g+h shows "Currently, there is no card named "g+h", but you are welcomed to create it." above the card. http://test.dwagn.org/wagn/g+show_me_the_help_text shows a zero-height text box above the card with the dotted outline around it. Seems like it should show the "Currently..." text.

Cardtype instructions don't show up when you change type. Ah, this was already true, and already ticketed: show *edit when adding untyped new card
