currently edit forms are a bit noisy, eat up mad real estate, and don't have enough css options to be as highly configurable as we'd like
abundant css classes to work with, more trim pointer interfaces, etc.

Lighten the gray background behind form elements (EEEEEE?) and add a few pixels height above and below Pointer/PlainText/Phrase/Basic/images.

I'd like to document this just by putting some of the most useful CSS into English's *css. I'll do my best to figure it out with Firebug, but if you have any quick pointers, feel free to make suggestions here.
