validate the presence of a key+discussion

I deleted that card, because its blank key was breaking dwagn.

should still do this, but I lowered the priority since blank keys no longer break things.

hard to test live, since I've fixed the unicode and "S" issues, but I tested the S thing before solving it and it was no longer possible. closing
